Tell us about your upstart business:
I decided to start the company after losing a significant real estate investment and construction business in 2006. It has taken a couple of long, hard years to reposition me and my family so that we may begin again.

The name of the company, Restoration Incorporated, is an affirmation of the intended purpose the company will serve. That purpose is to restore what has been lost, both for my family, and for other families and businesses that need property preservation services.

What do you feel is your biggest challenge?:
Building momentum. Getting started with no accounts and hoping to be full time in just months.

What do you see in the future for your upstart?:
I see our initial service, Property Preservation, as a launching pad into other areas of business.

How has the current economy affected your upstart?:
The current economy has provided plenty of houses that need Preservation due to foreclosure.
